1. If your paid order is canceled or you request a cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

2. If a paid order is not delivered or is returned before delivery, a full refund will be issued. If the customer wants the order to be re-delivered, it will be sent again.

3. A refund will be processed after verifying the returned product.

4. If the supplier has stock, the previous product will be replaced with a new one. If it is out of stock, you will receive a full refund for the product.

5. If you selected ‘Cash on Delivery’ as the payment method and have not made any payment for the product, you will not be eligible for a refund.

6. In case of technical errors leading to an overcharge in online payments, the excess amount will be refunded upon proper verification.

7. If a customer pays more than the product price via online payment, or if a paid order item is removed due to stock unavailability, the excess amount will be refunded to the customer.

8. If a product in a paid order is unavailable from the supplier or cannot be sourced within a short time while processing the order, the amount for that product will be refunded after discussing it with the customer, and the remaining items will be delivered. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

9. If an order is canceled during a cashback offer period, Robibar reserves the right to deduct the cashback amount before refunding the order payment.

10. A refund will only be applicable if a product defect is reported within the specified time following the Return & Exchange Policy. Claims made after the specified period will not be eligible for a refund.

11. The refund process usually takes 25-35 days. If you do not receive your refund within this period, please contact us.

12. Refunds are generally processed through mobile banking services such as Bank, bKash, Rocket, and Nagad.
