To use Robibar (robibar.com) or to receive any information or services through it, you must agree to the following terms and conditions:-

1. In these terms, "you" or "user" refers to the end user or customer who accesses and uses the website, its content, and the services provided through it. "Website," "Robibar," "robibar.com," "we," and "our" refer to the website and/or Robibar Tech Limited.

2. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website. By continuing to use this website, you agree to the revised terms.

The website is operated by Robibar Tech Limited.

3. Robibar sells various types of products. Not all products displayed on the website are in stock. If a product in your order is out of stock, we will source it from the publisher/producer/supplier before delivering it to you. If a product is unavailable both in stock and from the publisher/producer/supplier, Robibar will not be able to deliver it.

4. Robibar strives to provide accurate product descriptions. However, since Robibar does not manufacture these products, we rely on information from publishers/producers/suppliers. If a product description does not match the actual product, the only resolution is to return the unused product to Robibar.

5. Your order or request is an offer, not a sales contract. After receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation email and/or SMS. This confirmation does not constitute a sales contract. The sales contract is only completed when the product is delivered to you.

6. You may cancel your order at any time before the product is delivered to you.

7. Robibar generally does not cancel orders without a valid reason. However, Robibar reserves the full right to cancel any order at any time without providing a reason.
